1) Place your order through our website and choose
the payment option: "Pre-pay with business check or PO",
this will bypass any need for credit card information.
2) During the check-out process, provide the proper contact
information, billing and shipping information, including the
name of institution or organization.
3) When choosing the shipping option, keep in mind that your
order will not be processed until we receive an official PO
from your organization authorizing your purchase, or until your
payment by check has cleared
4) If you have a required delivery date, please type this in
the "Additional information" section, we may adjust
shipping cost to accommodate your required delivery date.
5) If you are located in the state of Florida or Washington
and you have determined that your purchase qualifies for sales
tax exemption, please email us a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
With proper documentation, we will remove the tax charge from
