SHIPPING METHODS
Based on your shipping address and desired shipping speed, we offer USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. Delivery options include standard and express shipping. Please count delivery time in business days and note that weekends, holidays and other issues may cause delays.

DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery within the continental U.S. normally range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Delays can happen due to issues with the USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, holidays, weather, road closures, etc. Express shipping options are also available. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Please note processing time is 1-2 business days and the delivery time does not count weekends and holidays. The delivery time varies based on the shipping method that you choose. If you place your order during the weekend or holiday, it may take a longer for your order to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally using DHL to almost every country including Canada, UK, Australia, countries in Asia and the EU, and more. Duties, taxes and shipping are calculated during check out.

*Our shipping includes most of the applicable customs fees, duties and taxes. There may be situations where you will be responsible for additional fees that we are not able or not allowed to collect.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will email the tracking information and a link to get up-to-date information. If you didn't receive this email, you can log in to your account or contact us and we will be happy to help.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Once your place your order, your payment will be processed immediately and your order will be electronically sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made after your order is placed, please check your order carefully before submitting your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your items, if not, we accept returns within 45 days of your order date on items that are unused, unopened and in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

A 25% restocking fee may be charged for items that are returned that do not comply with our return policy. Please note that all sales are final on special orders or custom orders. We are not able to do exchanges by mail. Click here to start your return.

**International Returns - In addition to the refund policy described above, please note that due to fluctuating currency conversion rates, the amount refunded may be less than the initial amount paid.

SALES TAX
We will add any applicable taxes to your order during checkout based on the shipping address. For orders placed by tax exempt organizations or institutions, please email us your tax exempt documentation.

Please note that even if we do not collect sales tax on your order, your purchase may still be subject to use tax unless. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales and or use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed at the time of purchase. Bead Sizes - Bead sizes are measured in millimeters, which is a metric measurement. There are 10 millimeters in 1 centimeter. One inch = 25.4 millimeters. A 7mm bead is around 1/4".
